Disappointed

I went to shoprite eshowe on the 3rd October 2015 to buy an airbed and pump. I unwittingly bought a pump that plugs in to a cigarette lighter. As I had no access to a vehicle on the day I waited for Sunday to inflate the bed.I went to Shoprite today to return the pump hoping for an alternative solution since exchanging the pump wouldnt help me when I no longer have access to a motor vehicle. When I got there I spoke to the lady called Olga Mthembu. I explained that I need the pump urgently is there any other alternative she can offer me like ordering me a manual pump for me she said she will phone Shoprite Gingindlovu and let me know, I waited for 15 min and she came and handed me another of the very same pump and without a word of explanation, I asked the other staff they said she is still phoning Gingindlovu. I told them to phone me after waiting a full hour with no feedback. I went back to work. I phoned after an hour but no feedback still. I decided to go visit the store again. I have never received such attitude, The lady shouted back at me saying I should have explained everything to her and I told her I was waiting for her response and she was clearly irritated and angry.
