did not get paid

hi my name is nico my son just turnd 18 years old on the 7th of desember he started to work at shopright in steanberg he started at 8am the morning of the 22/12/17 he came home that night only at 12pm witch is 16 hrs he then worked on the 24/12/17 from 8am to 20pm he was then told they getting paid today on the 27/12/17 the morning he was just told to come back tomw i mean now the work is done he must wait outside the shope the hole day like a slave
