Delayed assistance with refund and feedback from ShopRite, no communication from the support

I mistakenly made a payment from my Capitec account in connection trying to activate the voucher in the ShopRite money market account, which normally is from the payjustnow app, so I did sent emails and logged request on the ShopRite app and no feedback since from the 31 March 2026 and two consultant, promised to come back , but even today , she did specified that we shall get a refund and turn around time is 3-7 working days and no response and no refund.
