Deformation of character

So on Christmas eve my mother went to shoprite pimville Square to add on groceries on her way out the security lady said can we go to the other room I need to search you they went to the room my mother undressed literally everything nothing was found my mother came all the way in tears wen I went I was told the security company is private they will try and get the manager they will come back to me the following day nothing has been done till now my mother is still traumatized till today.
