Debt collection become big time harassment!

My sister owns money to House and Home. She lost her job a few months ago and told them that as soon as she starts work she will continue to pay.<br> <br> This arrangement didn't help. Daffney at Shopright debt collection phone her and threaten her to pay the full amount if not then this and that. My sister told her many times that she will start paying as soon as she got a job again, and she could only pay a little amount at a time. This isn't enough for Daffney, she want all the outstanding amounts. <br> <br> Now that my sister starts working she arranges with her to start paying off. Daffney doesn't want pay-off's SHE WANTS THE FULL AMOUNT. <br> <br> She phone constantly during the day, and then at night - as late a 9 o'clock. My sister told her that she are not allowed to take calls during the day. What more does she want.<br> <br> This is too much. If she is working for commission - then there's got to be some rules. At my point of view, it looks like harassment and how could she demand and threthen people like that. <br> <br> <br>
