Debit Card Double Debited

Tried withdrawing cash at the till and the transaction was declined. Cashier asked me to insert the card again to withdraw funds and the transaction was successful.<br> <br> I had left my cell phone at home and I noticed that my debit account was debited twice, Immediately went back to the store and the supervisor said funds will automatically reverse overnight and if not I must bring bank statement as proof that funds were not reversed.<br> <br> Went back to the store the next day with bank statement as funds did not reverse, the supervisor took my card details said will forward details to head office and contact me back.<br> <br> I have not received any feedback to date so I went to the store again using my petrol to follow up found different supervisor who told me that the refund was not processed. He will process refund and contact me back<br> <br> The terrible service that I am receiving makes me think twice of buying my groceries at Shoprite Stores again<br>
