Dead escalators shoprite middestad

Shoprite in middestad Bloemfontein is horrible, they receive numerous patrons on daily basis but they don't care about them. Their store is in the ba*****t and this makes their escalators a need but it's been a very long time since they stopped functioning, today I saw an old lady going up the escalator stairs with 3 plastics in her hands, the one that goes down into the shop works but the one going up and out doesn't, how do they sleep at night knowing that their customers have to carry heavy groceries up so many steps when it's their duty to fix escalators as they chose to have their store where not even trolleys can help... that one star is too good for them, careless capitalists..nxa
