Daylight ******* at shoprite by staff

I'm very disappointed by the service I got from ShopRite newgate yesterday I went to buy a dye and withdraw at the till, the systems went offline and when they came back they said my money is not reflecting on them, I showed them my notifications and the manager said I will be refunded by today up until now no one called me to check if I received my funds and it has not reflected as yet.
