Day light ******* in shoprite Butterworth by their staff members

Good Day

I was forced to buy 2 bottles of gin at shoprite liquor in Butterworth. The first bottle broke due to extremely poor handling by the cashier who put the bottle inside the plastic bag. When I picked it up the plastic dismantled and the bottle fell while I was inside the store directly infront of the cashier. The manager who witnessed the whole incident was very rude and refused to assist, meaning I was forced to buy another one..

This is extremely frustrating and shoprite should refund me or give me credit.
