Customers treated with disdain at Shoprite Chucrh Street Pretoria

I have been going to Shoprite Church Street in Pretoria a couple of times for the past 2 years. As soon as you get into the shop, you find the heat unbearable. Five minutes is enough for you start sweating like a sick dog. Winter or Summer it's the same. Seems the air conditioner is not working properly. The manager or leaders of the shop are not prepared to fix it. Ihave asked so may times about the heat and aircon, they show me some fans. There are hundred of customers everyday in the shop, but it seems the management are not concerned about their health. Maybe they need one customer to collapse and die in the shop before they take some action. I don't know how their staff survive from 8am to 8pm in that oven. If the shop was frequented by the middle class from the suburbs, they wouldn't be treated this way. Most of their customers are poor and township people who are grateful to buy something for their kids. Shoprite doesn't care about the poor. I went to one of their shops in Gezina, a white suburbs. The aircon are working properly. Something needs to be done before people collapse in that shop.
