Customer services

My name is Nomthandazo, on the 25 May 2020 I received an unplasent treatment from one of the employees at Shoprite Braamfisherville. I went in the shop to withdraw money and koketso Ramocha, who happens to be a Pay Point/ Till operator said he does not have t he amount I was looking for and told me to leave. In my response to inform him, I asked him if he knew it was not allowed for him to turn back a customer because he doesn't have the requested amount and that there was an agreement made by the banks and shoprite to offer withdrawal services. He rep**** by saying "well I dont have money and what must I do because the customers are the ones that bring money" and I told him there was no need for him to have an attitude as I was just informing him. He then said do I think shoprite is the end of his life and he's not gonna die there and went on to say that I'm ugly. I called the supervisor to come reprimand the cashier and she just asked the next cashier to assist me and as koketso was saying all these things, she just kept quiet and looked the other way without dealing appropriately with the staff member. I was so humiliated and embarrassed. One thing I don't understand is the type of training that shoprite employees receive when it comes to providing customer service because the supervisor did not even reprimand him from saying all those things to me and other cashiers around were also shocked by koketso's conduct.
