customer service sucks!!!!

I went into the store to make use of their money transfer and had to get money. I was one of the first people to be in the queue just after the store had opened and coming from night shift I though this would be the perfect time to go as it will be not that busy. I was told by the security guard that the cashier does not have money therefore will need to wait until someone comes in to transfer money, after spending 45 minutes waiting the only cashier at the desk continued to call people that came to buy or send money and to collect. An hour had gone by and I started becoming impatient and asked the cashier if there's no other way that they can get the money and to this day regret asking because she was so rude and told me \what must she do if she does not have the money"another customer in the queue came to my defence and told the cashier that that is now way to talk to a customer and that she is suppose to have money when she goes to the till. The cashier remained quiet and said she'll ask one of her colleagues and a further 20 minutes went by while i was standing there like a fool. I went into Shoprite at 08h30 and came out at 09h50 and I am never going to that store again!!!!!"""
