CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE A PRIORITY

I went to shoprite Lichtenburg branch on Friday 19/01/2018 to buy a few items. I was politely instructed by the cashier to please use the Kiosk as she was closing and there was only on client at the kiosk compared to other tills. When I got there, the customer in front of me and the cashier at the kiosk was very rude to the customer as she was very dismissive and not willing to interact or answer the customer when he asked a question about the competition on the soap bar that he had just purchased.After she was now done with the customer and I approached her, when I greeted her she did not respond or acknowledge me. I was now aware that she was leaving as another gentlemen came to relieve her , but the manner that she treats customers is not acceptable and reflects badly on her,manager and the company.
