Customer service at Shoprite👎

Service in most shoprite stores is poor. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. They don't treat customers like they matter but as if they are doing them a favor for assisting them. It's only a few cashiers that will really make you feel valued. As for the controllers, they are the rudest people in the stores. They don't have any sense of urgency when it comes to assisting when the cashiers need them. They rather tend to their personal issues before they can come and assist.
