Customer service and pricing

I am shoprite Tsakane center and i sow a cheese of R 9.00 for a cheese but when we got to the teller they said that is not a correct price. The is a price on the Shelve but they disputing it. Mpumelelo Ngwenya whom was shouting when she was assisting they said she is the manager for the fresh foods. I am not happy for the service that I received.
