I recently went to buy an Intercape Bust ticket at Shoprite, Charlotte Maxeke Street Branch. As we were on the que, I was next to buy, then their machine got somehow stuck. We stood there for almost 45minutes and the cassier was just passing us by without explaining what the matter was, least of all put up a smile on her face and apologize for any inconvinience that might have caused us. Instead, she went back to her teller kiosk, chatted with her colkeagues as if nothing was wrong. Thus when I left. My simple advise to Nanagement is that, Staff should be well trained and encouraged to Love their job . Working with customers is not always easy but once you Love and Respect your job, you would know that Putting a Genuine Smile on your face and engaging with customers is always a Winner!!
