Customer service

Shoprite at Musina mall.. Very poor service from a controller named lufuno, I forgot the surname... We were queing at the kiosk and then she came and started chatting to the cashier that was working at the kiosk, the were chatting about hair and clothes and that started delaying the que, when we mentioned it to her as clients she started defending herself and said the cashier is just slow and she is not wrong... She didn't bother to apologise until we told her that the best thing to do was to apologise to the clients rather than to defend herself... Just after that little argument.. The cashier then decided that she is no longer assisting, she is closing the till just because we raised our concern... Very poor customer service
