Customer Service

i pass this store everyday on my way to work and often stop there for a few odds and ends. I bought something there last week which i needed to change and went into the store this morning. What a ugly experience....the staff at the store think that they are doing you a favour by working there. The cashier who attended to me was rude, loud and had no inkling of customer service. When talking about me to the security guard, she did not even have the decency to talk English, so that i could understand. When i confronted her about her choice of language, she still had the audacity to tell me that she is talking to the guard. I nicely corrected her and informed her that she was talking about me, so i had every right to know what she was saying, but i had already picked up what she was saying and answered her. A kind gentleman who was standing at another till, told me outside that she was telling the security to check, check if i had a receipt and make sure that everything is legit. RUDE UNFRIENDLY STAFF WHO HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It not my fault that they chose this job!!!!
