Customer satisfaction not guaranteed

Tried to return a coffee refill pack after i opened it coz it just didn't taste right to me, but I was sadly told that the shoprite customer satisfaction only applies to private brands only and since I had already opened the pack, I cannot exchange it for something more tastier. I am extremely disappointed with shoprite coz and their customer care standards and now I'm stuck with a coffee I cannot drink. Clearly Shoprite doesn't care about it's average customer, and I will definitely bot be buying at a place where if I'm not satisfied with a product, I'm basically told they can't help...
