Customer expectation not met.

I visited Shoprite liquor store in Mthatha Plazza, opposite FNB. I was told I could not use my ebucks to make purchases, so I had to use cash because their system was not programmed for ebucks usage. It's not the 1st time where in the same store I was told the same story.
