Customer complaints

I bought pride super maizemeal at shoprite cash and carry in vosloorus on Sunday 26th, on Monday 27 February 2023 i discover that the maizemeal was rotten after i have disposed the packaging, then on Tuesday i went back to shoprite the Two ladies who were assisting told me they need authorization from their seniors since i didn't have the packaging and promised to call me on the 1 March 2023 at 10:00 which they never did, the maizemeal has got small living worms.
