Customer Complaint

Dear ShopRite, I went to your branch in Mandela Park-Qwaqwa to purchase grocery. On arrival I found a trolley outside the shop. I took it and bought grocery. I even whidrew R200 at the till. I peacefully left the store to go text door to the bottle store. Then a rude security approached me that I can't leave the shop with the trolley and I explained I found it outside and I'm going to the Bottle Store. He rudely took my grocery and left back to the shop. As I go home I don't have my grocery and my refund!
