Customer complaint

I sent R1100.00 at ShopRite Usave on the 2nd of August 2018, I was sending my mom money to go attend my father in law's funeral in the Eastern Cape. Because I had a lot that was in ma mind that day, I gave mom the wrong pin and I went to ShopRite Usave telling them that I forgot the pin that I punched and they said I must make an affidavit and submit it with the original slip my money will be sent back to me but until this day I haven't received the money! I am so upset cause when I go to them the refer me from one till to the other and disappears. I tried to call the call centre but they drop the phone on my ears! What is that! I spend all my money every month shopping at ShopRite but the treatment they gave me is ****ing me off! Guys I need my money, it's not yours it's mine. I don't understand why should it take 2 months waiting for my money?
