Customer complain

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Shoprite Modjadji plaza. I run a small Fast food restaurant and buy my stock from them on a weekly basis even when they have no promotions running. I visited the the Store on Friday the 29th July only to found that they have mixed potions promotion and they refused to serve me saying I can only buy 4

I buy in bulk all the time but in this day because of the promotion I was denied. The Store Manager was very rude and handled the the situation as if I *****ing from the Store. Extremely disappointed and unhappy about the service I received
