Customer Care Line not working and no-one cares

<p>Just phoned the customer care line detailed on their Kalahari Biltong packaging (to advise of the unpleasant chemical taste in my R100 bag of biltong) i.e. 0 ********** 09 and after a long s**** the message says this line is not currently receiveing calls, please phone again at some other time!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Huh??? What sort of customer care is that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Not impressed Shoprite</p>
