Customer Care Checkers

If you have a terrible experience when shopping a Checkers, don't even try to complain to their customer care center, they are rude and do not reply to your e-mails. I e-mailed them May, June requesting that the Regional Manager and Area Manager to contact me as I have a serious problem with their Checkers stores. To date 16 July still no reply. What now !!!!!!!!!!!!
