Customer being insulted by employee

Customer walked in,bacon area was being mopped and floor wet. <br> Customer went to pick up items on wet floor.employee swearing at customer for stepping on wet floor even following the customer around the store and still swearing.<br> <br> What is distributing is that the customer even though provoked was trying to walk away but employee followed and kept on it.<br> <br> What's more disturbing is that no management came to stop this and it went on.<br> <br> <br> We come to shop, if the floor is wet,allow me to go through at my own risk as it's during shoppinh<br> hours.<br> <br> <br> There also is always a guy at the tills who begs people for money when they pay, that is harassment
