Customer Abuse

I am currently standing in a que at Shoprite Town Centre Mitchells Plain. The branch inside the mall with Ok furniture store in it. I am standing 2nd from the mall door entrance. And for the last 40 minutes i have seen with my own eyes how your security staff is allowing anyone to enter ahead of the people standing in the que. I have been standing in this que since 08h00 this morning. And its totally unfair towards me as a obedient citizen that these things are happening in front of me. This is gonna create a situation where the people who is standing in the ques are gonna become restless and furious. The people are already moaning and complaining. You must sort this out. False Bay Security services is not doing their job. Which you are paying them for.
