Crowded doorway

Why is it that Shopritre yeoville lifts are always faulty causing you to go down the stairs, out the main door which is very small and always extremely crowded with pick pocketers and then into the liquor store at the lower ba*****t...also needless to say, you have to beg or try and negotiate your way through past the entrace yet again into Shoprite...this is extremely annoying as ******ies always happens right there at the door , this is the second time im reporting this and the first time it was cleared for a few weeks and then we were back to square one!
