********* working inside shoprite store

This afternoon the 09th of May 2015 I went to Shoprite Protea Glenn mall for groceries and I also decided to withdraw cash out of my ***.00 was withdrawn and incontact message from my bank confirmed as per usual that R400.00 went off but the Shoprite lady by the name of tshedza told me their speed point just went offline and she can't give me my money as it will reverse back to. She told me to wait five minutes for the reversal to come through but nothing came. I was then taken to a so called manager Lerato Pule who immediately told me to go home and come back next Monday with a bank statement as she can't give me my money, according to her the money is stuck between my bank and them. I must state Lerato offered me no apology for the inconvenience,she had no name tag refused to give me her manager or regional manager's number and refused to give me written proof on what had just occurred. At some point while I was talking to her she just left me there for 30 minutes and went to eat but didn't tell me where she was going. The was still no apology when she came back. All I need is my money from Shoprite.
