credit profile

I visited Umtata Circus Triangle Shop branch money market department requires my credit profile. I was assisted but not given the full information. The company that refers me there asked me to go back and request the full credit profile. I did and the lady who assisted me her name was Nosipho spoke to her supervisor Zingisa. They promised that'll be sent to my email address which I gave them. After a week I called Zingisa who premised to call me back because she will check with Nosipho and come back to me. After a week I called Zingisa who told me they called the itc department and they've advised them that someone will call me back because they must first verify my details before they sends to me. I called Zingisa again to let her know that no one called me she promised to check with Nosipho and come back to me. I'm still waiting no feedback yet and I paid R79.00 for it. Please help me I'm desperate for this report. My contact number is ***. I've to pay R100 taxi fares to go there again. Thanks.
