The queue are always long and the manager does nothing about it. I'm not sure if the stuff is unhappy or just mistreated. They have zero customer service and will never go the extra mile to help you. If you get a greeting at Sontonga Mall then you are very lucky. You have to greet the cashier as if they are doing you a favor. I honestly would never go to Shoprite again. I have reported the incident before but it is the same. People there just do not value their jobs.
