COVID-19 is Killing us while Shoprites Manager is making it a excuse to close early.

I am extremely disappointed in the Shoprite staff including the security guard aswell.

The staff was standing around 15mins before 7 collecting thier parcel allowing the security guards to check their slips. Me and a few other customers were standing outside and and waiting for store manager to come address us as to why the store has closed before 7. Amazingly he came when it was 5min to 7 and his explanation was that he just received a call of a staff member who tested positive for COVID-19, however all the staff members and security guards were all standing together.

When I tried to enter the shop all the security guards responded with force. Unfortunately for them I am not a easy person to override with violence. The staff members started taking pictures of me and few people standing outside. I have few pictures of the staff aswell. Some people walk from all over Eldorado Park to shop at Shoprite in Ext 5 and this is the treatment we get as loyal customers of brand.

I have never experienced something like this with any of your other store. Shoprite Pimville is one of the best Shoprites I have ever visited, Shoprite Ext 5 has *****ed my view forever now.
