Consumers rights deprived from her,causes of harassment, violation and embarrassment

On 2024/07/06 I as a normal customer to the company Shoprite Wolmaransstad did my shopping as usual but got treated very ill and badly. As I was doing my rounds tween the ails I stopped to do my toiletry,I started testing some body perfumes (I sprayed a small amount onto the lid of the bottle) and smelled it,a security officer of IBI Securities walked up 2 me and told me that im wrong for doing what I did...I was shocked and asked him how am I wrong for testing a product inorder to choose from the rest?he said there's no testing off products...again I was shocked by this statement and asked him how I'm supposed to just buy?what if I'm not happy with what I choose before he could answer a female officer approached me telling me in a loud voice not to do what I did stating I'm wrong for doing that and I have 2 follow her to they're office..I asked where is the sign that states "no testing "she said I have to go with her 2 they're office, I asked what to do there?cuz I don't see that I was wrong to test da body spray. Another officer called her on the walk n talkies and told her to just tell me not to do it in future and let me be.. the officer rep**** to the other one saying "ha.a she's an irritating customer making our job difficult for us" I walked away from the officer but she approached me again, I decided to listen to but refused to follow her 2 da office cuz I didn't see where my fault was,again the call came through over the walk n talk telling her to leave things...she then left and I thought things were fine. I continued mt shopping and the time I approached the paying point I encountered with 1 of shoprites stuff,this lady was rude and nasty face on telling me with a nasty face to go back and follow the other ques she's not opening the paypoint for me,I asked why she's so rude and nasty could she not approached me differently, she kept on repeating herself, again I asked why be rude?just as I decided to go to another paypoint she said I could come and pay...(I felt humiliated) The cashier helped me and we finished the transaction, just as I was about to get out of the door another security officer (female) approached me,said I had 2 follow her 2 da office,I wanted to confirm what exactly I did to deserve being treated like a theaf?she grabbed my arm and told me she'd drag m there if she had 2,I asked about 3 times to let go off m arm,she held thigtly and squeezed with a harsh look she said let's go and pushed me infront of her...I walked to the office with a feeling of embarrassment and shame as customers and shoprite looked on.. We got I'm da office and I hemmed took note of the lady that was rude towards me. I'm da room was a male named Tefo,disperse manager on his name tag,and 2 other ladies. I took a seat and asked the lady why she's been nasty and rude towards me earlier, she immediately got angry and rose from her chair telling me she had nothing to do with whatever is going on and explained to manager what happened and left,I asked the manager what his action towards her being rude to a client and confirming it to him was going to be,he gave a nasty and disgusting look and continued his conversation with the security officer...I asked him why I'm there?he said he's phoning police for me,I again asked why?what did I do that was so wrong?He spoke to security and said, I think I'm clever,he will show me something and told them 2 remove me from his office and escort me 2 another room! I asked him again why is he phoning police?I stole something?he looked at me and said "wa papa"(meaning you're an irritation,according to m knowledge) I then asked them to give my colleague her parcels since she has to travel to location.They let her in and she asked them what's going to happen to me?since I just tested the body spray, she even demonstrated to them that I didn't waste anything and they told they're calling police and I will be sentenced... I asked the manager when he'll be calling because these things take time and I don't have alot of time on my hands,he made a sound with his tongue and told the security to escort me,I decided to start recording on m phone and asked her if she's going to put her hands on me again..she rep**** in a soft manner this time, please come with us...I co-operated.. We arrived in da room upstairs and they had me waiting for quite some time, I asked the security who was appointed to look after me,how long this was going to take and she decided to mock me instead...I made a call for some help and I asked her 2 give m phone 2 da manager,so he cam talk 2 the person over the phone, they told me da manager is busy..I decided to record again and after verbal arguments they allowed me to go the managers office,where I found da manager standing hands folded under his arms talking another shoprite stuff,who seemed like a manager as well,I knocked on da door then decided to enter where da manager decided to slam da door in m face and security from there decided to take advantage of da situation, pushing me around even caused da string of my handbag 2 break,and even tried take m phone by force...they tried to forcefully get me back into the room where they kept m prisoner and I refused... I was harassed, embarrassed,ill treated and violated and a made a laughing stalk 😔infron of customers and shoprite stuff...1 of the security officers even took my phone forcefully from me... There is proof of this moment even on shoprite cameras in the ails 5,6,7 and 8 I also have recordings on m phone.. I'd like to know from the owner of this branch..was it ok for your management to allow this type of behavior to happen to a customer? Isit ok for a customer to violated and deprived of her consumer rights in such a manner from your security company and management? I feel that my rights to equality in consumer market had violated!how many customers test a body deodorant before buying it?had they gone through the same mercy? My rights to choose as a consumer had been deprived from me...simply cuz I needed to test a product before purchasing it...is this alright? Is this not an act against 1 consumers right? Out of all this the manager reported that owner banned me from thus branch...where is fair equality and justice in all this?
