Conned

On Sunday myself and my wife made a purchase of more than R500 at Shoprite. My wife noticed a sign about scratch cards. We inquired from the cashier if there is a new competition but got no reply. Tonight we see an advert on tv that we where actually supposed to get one scratch card for every R100 purchase. So where is my scratch cards, probably used by the cashiers. Please put a system in place so that loyal customers like us don't get conned
