Conflicting prices and rude manager

On 24 dec 2108 we wanted to buy some more cracers for the kids as we paid R18.00 on 23 Dec 2018 for the same item. On 24 Dec however, the identical item taken from the same shelf, now cost 34.99. I explained to the floor manager, Patricia Pilusa that i paid 18 rand for the exact same thing yesterday. She was rude and said that this one is not reduced. I asked if i took both yesterday, seeing that this one did not have the red sticker, i would have paid R18 for this as well? The cashier smiled an nodded. Patricia, the manager was extremely rude.
