Concern and complain

I normally have hard time receiving a professional service from this store, difficulties of withdrawals seems to be escalating, how does a cashier tell a client that they do not have change on a till point in big store. Today it was quite different I was able to withdraw on a till point without getting any attitude or making me feel like they doing me a favor. Thanks to Thandeka her service is what shoprite stand for excellence. Thanks once again but please change how other staff behave or treat clients.
