Compliment store Supervisor Ms Sibande's service about service received when returning white star maize meal that had spider webs and other unknown insects inside

I visited the store to buy white star maize meal. When I opened the mealie meal I found that there were black insects inside. I took it back to the store. The supervisor Ms Sibande was very helpful. My only concern is that I was reimbursed the money but the store manager seemed to be getting over with just the paying back. I worry of the number of people who bought the mealie meal and had no information on how to take it back to shoprite as I am sure that I was not the only one who had the same problem
