What an excellent service demonstrated by Shoprite's Thembokwezi Manager Mr. Hoosau, I stay in Mandalay and it's always full at Shoprite but today Mr. Hoosau made sure all queues are moving quickly and I was able to withdraw money from the ladies who are cashiers with a smile noggals because of him. Wow excellent service indeed, and I hope all managers learn from him and senior management please give that man something special for Christmas.
