Completely ignored by staff and sold yesterdays food at the Deli

Shoprite Dawn Park has the worst customer service and even worse food. I went to shoprite this morning whilst shopping I went to the deli to order some food, I stood there waiting to be served, made eye contact with the staff and was just ignored, one lady was cooking fat cakes, the other was wrapping things, another gentleman was also busy on the bakery side, a few other staff members walked in and and out but no one even bothered to attend me and the customers behind me. I stood there for about 10 minutes listening to their conversations. I was only attended when one of the staff members heard me discussing with the customer behind me about how rude the staff is. the staff member then came to me and had the nerve to ask me why didn't I call her and ask to be served, I told her that's not how customer service works and worse I made eye contact with all of them yet they just ignored me and the other customers. finally got got my order and I couldn't even describe my anger, the chicken strips were not fresh, they were overcooked, dry and actually tasted like yesterdays food which was which was refried and put on display, I actually didn't even have the energy to call a manager, I left them there continued with my shopping , payed and bought food elsewhere. How do u serve food like that to people, how do I get such horrific food so early in the morning. I took a picture of the food and a video of the staff.
