i had a terrible and pathetic service at shoprite khayelitsha mall ,i took a toy that was a car on the shelf and it was priced R199 on the till it scaned R299 i told the cashier that is not the right price but i already paid for it she said i must go and double check because she canot leave her till ,i brought it to her she called a manager then the manager told me she wont be able to help she didn't even listen to the situation i tried explaining to her about the false advertising and how many people buying the item and not checking their slip, she doesn't know the business she is useless i wont bother going there again i rather buy somewhere else
