Complaint - shoprite

I have never been so disappointed in the service at shoprite in Circus triangle Mthatha, Wednesday the 23rd Dec 2020 i was in an unorganized que from 9am and only got to the money market after 12pm. The cashier first folded her arms and refused to help me claiming I'm not coming from the que i had to call security for confirmation, i told her i want to book bus tickets and she first asked how many ticket then said i can't buy tickets for someone else they must all come to the store... this was shocking to me as we booked tickets at the same store un Cape town with no hassles, i asked even if the passengers are minor children how can a 7 year old buy her own ticket? She still refused and i walked out with no assistance after +3hours of waiting.

I had to walk to plaza in Mthatha on that sun to get assistance with no complications at all, i don't understand why she refused to help me even when i have the birth certificates with me. I'm so disgusted in customer service at that store, she was so rude and lazy to work.

They claim to want jobs but when they get employed they don't want to assist and perform the duties they are employed to do.
