Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Shoprite Thokoza (Khumalo Street)

Dear Shoprite Customer Care, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Thokoza branch on Khumalo Street. On my recent visit, I observed that the cashiers were not assisting customers who were queuing for service. Instead, they were engaged in conversations among themselves, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for those of us waiting to be served. This lack of attention and professionalism is disappointing and does not reflect the level of service expected from Shoprite. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly to ensure better customer service in the future.
