Complaint regarding atrocious customer service

On 4 July 2015 around 15h35 - 16h00 I was at Shoprite in Tsakane Corner. As I waited for the customer before me to remove their items and for the cashier to call me in, I was bluntly ignorned by the cashier who did not call me next she instead served a customer on another till inconveniencing me and those behind me. I asked her if she was waiting for me to put my items down and she so rudely said yes. She did not even offer a plastic bag until i looked at my items before paying. I complained to the manager who then called her in. She continued to work at her till for 10 minutes after being called. when she arrived at the managers booth she explained her version of events to the manager who then asked her to apologise and she blatantly refused to apologise even after her manager pleaded with her to apologise. She showed disrespect to me as a loyal Shoprite customer. I asked the manger for a follow up on how she was reprimanded and that I will lodge a formal complaint against their employee Slindile Mahlangu.
