Complaint of Jalepino Sausage at Foodworld

I bought 2x packets of Jalepino Sausage on Wednesday 2 February 2022 evening after 5, each packet was valued over R40 each, on February the 4th I made it when I got home, made both packets and when we ate it, it was sour my children threw their pieces of sausage away but my parents and I kept our pieces and I took it back to the branch on Saturday the 5th of February I took the sausage back to the store where I purchased it, went to the store manager and he said we are separate from the butchery, went to the manager, explained it to him and all he did was walked to the fridge where other sausage was took 2 other packets pasted 2 white plain stickers over the price, walked me to the door and just gave it to me in my hand, I mean both parents have diarrhea and I have servere cramps, I phnd their Head Office to put in a complaint spoke to Megan she asked me if I have the the packaging and the slip, I told her I don't have the slip I paid with my card, I can draw a statement to show them, and Megan said they will not give my money back, I worked for Woolworths, now working at Lewis Stores, so if you pay with a card you get 2 papers for the customer nand the cashier for proof, I mean their customer service is bad and their staff members said a lot of customers bring their meat back, I want my refund of the sausage, I would never ever buy any meat by them again
