Complaint

I am very much disappointed about the staff / employees of that Branch, the lady by the name of Yvonne whom was a packaging my grocery today on the 3rd April 2022 at 12:30pm I gave her my green bag to pack inside it, she used a plastic instead of the bag I asked her to put the plastic into the bag she told me to do it by myself 🤔 I was surprised because is not my duty to do so as a customer. I am expecting her to render professional service to customers, furthermore she was busy with her cell phone while on duty and to do what she is employed for..... What kind of service are we getting from the stores that we are supporting with our money hle? Can I get feedback from the management of shoprite with disciplinary action taken against this lady to prevent other customers to get the same treatment as me....
