Complaint

The lady here with groceries is apparently a "sister" to Asa who works for Shoprite Middestad. She was glady assisted by paying at the Kiosk while my colleague and I who only had 1 item each but were told to go stand in the long queues as only items purchased at the Kiosk can be paid at the Kiosk. To my surprise, a supervisor by the name of Nelly saw nothing wrong in this but was also helping this customer and when I asked about this she proudly responded "she's the staff's sister". How is she special to any other ordinary customer? We had to stand in long damn queue for almost an hour just to pay 1 item then a "sister" to a sister member can pay at the Kiosk without any issue. The manager Marry Hendricks seemed like she didn't know what to do, something needs to be done, we're all customers and we all need to be treated the same way.
