Complaint

I was at shoprite Kagiso mall on Sunday buying few things when I had to pay the cashier (I didn't get her name because she didn't have a name badge) was very rude to me she even shouted at me because my extra savings card was not working and she rudely asked me to give her the items I had bought ? I didn't make noise I just remained calm I got home checked my slips for the name of the cashier they had different names but I was helped by one person... I suspect someone is using someone code on the till and being rude to customers because it won't traced back to her
