Complaint

I was at Sebokeng Plaza ShopRite on weekend I was assisted by a lady who had her name tag on, but it was turned around so I didn't see her name,she assisted me as usual and then I paid,she left our things there at the counter she didn't pack or at least call a packer,she helped the following customer and packed for that customer and I asked her,are you going really going to pack for that customer she rep**** and said by packing for me she will be doing me a favour. And then I asked her shoprite is doing me a favour by packing? and then I told her that I am going to report her then she started packing and the packer came,I need clarity here is it a favour if ShopRite packs for us so we can go somewhere where we will find packers or a or where a teller will politely ask me to pack my things because really no no no no ,I checked the slip her name is Esther I just forgot her surname
