Complaint

On 14/08/23 I went to shoprite in Bridge city mall kwamashu highway open space to do grocery shopping for an amount of R900 and in that grocery they was thombson family values polony that costed me R70 or less.

My fiance made or prepared sandwiches with the Thompson's family values polony and the following day everyone went to work and school but before but before 12:45pm I received a call from my fiance asking me to come take her home because she's suffering from severe stomach pain and vomiting as well.Before I even attempt to go to pick up my queen,I received a call from my kids school teacher asking me to come take my kids to a doctor because they are vomiting and running tummy at the same time. I took them to the nearest clinic which is Lindelani clinic and they all came in as an emergency and after an hour the doctors said they suspect food poisoning or something they ate so I must go back home and double check whatever they ate and that when I realized that the polony they ate is not in a condition to be consumed by a human being let alone small babies.

On the 16/08/23 I went to shoprite in Bridge city mall kwamashu highway open space to discuss the matter with store manager David Qwabe said unfortunately he can't help me because I didn't go to a private doctors and the only thing he could do is to write an email to his head office and wait on their response., That when I decided to lodge a complaint against shoprite in Bridge city mall kwamashu highway open space with CGSO for Thompson's family values polony that ruined my family life because 5 people were affected including my two babies who are still fighting for his life in hospital as we speak.

Please help me get #JUSTICE for family if possible. I have all the relevant information you might need.
